The packaging of the top coat nail polish is same as that of other Born Pretty Nail Polishes. After applying your nail polish or when you are done with nail stamping or nail art, let the base or nail art dry for few minutes and then apply Born Pretty No Smudge Top Coat over it. It does not smudge the nail art or nail stamping design like other top coats. It also does not dull down the color of polish even if it is mirror or chrome nail powders. It also protects nail foils and does not ruin them.

My Tips:
1. You can apply this top coat immediately after your nail art but I suggest to wait for few minutes.
