Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact Review

Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact Review
There is no doubt I loved this new brand- Sugar Cosmetics! I have tried many of its products out of which Sugar Cosmetics It's A Pout Time Vivid Lipstick in Mad Magenta is my favorite. If you love bright lipsticks then you MUST try it out! I got Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact in my April 2017 Fab Bag and though I own lots of compact powder in my collection, I could stop myself from trying this compact from Sugar Cosmetics! The packaging is very elegant and it is definitely one of the best among all my other compact powders!

Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact Review
The packaging of Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact is one of the best compacts I own! It is the matte black compact case that looks very chic yet elegant. I love dropping it in my handbag each time I go out of the house! It opens and closes with a magnetic enclosure and is very safe to carry in your handbag! The mirror is of really good size and helps in doing retouch ups whilst traveling. The sponge applicator is pretty useless and I use my powder brush to apply it!

The formula of the compact powder is finely milled and has a velvety feel to it! All I do it is take a powder brush and swirl it lightly over the compact, tap it lightly on the lid and apply it wherever needed. I have oily, combination skin so I apply it only on my T-zone to cover my oily areas! It mattifies the skin immediately after application but makes skin look natural. It does not give white cast and the shade #01 Latte is a perfect match to my fair skin tone! It feels very light in this hot weather and does not feel cake-y or blotchy! My skin stays fresh for a good 3-4 hours in this hot weather which is quite good for a compact powder!

It matches perfectly to my skin tone!
The best part is it contains SPF15 that protects  your skin from harmful sun rays in case you forget to apply a sunscreen!

PROS:
- Super chic packaging!
- Finely milled, velvety feel!
- Low to medium coverage.
- Mattifies the skin.
- Gives a natural look to the skin.
- Suits all skin types.
- No white cast.
- Lightweight.
- Does not magnify pores and fine lines!

CONS:
- No fallout.
- Pricey.
- Useless sponge applicator!

Overall Thoughts:
Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact is a lightweight and mattifying compact powder that makes skin look natural. It has SPF15 which is an added bonus! I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for light coverage compact!

Rating; 4.5/5

My Tips:
- Use the powder brush to apply the compact powder!
- If you have oily, combination skin, apply the compact only on T-zone!

Have you tried Sugar Cosmetics As N*de As It Gets SPF15 Compact?

Stay pretty!

  2. The packagng is very nice and I see i has a nice coverage. As expected the applicators are always useless but we can solve that with a good brush. As for the price... that hasn't such a simple solution.
    Wish you a beautiful evening.
    Greetings,
    Flo
