Happy Ganesh Chaturthi everyone! Hope your long weekend was full of fun and energy. I went to Bangalore to book a flat. Yes I am moving to Bangalore!!! I got used to Hyderabad weather and literally speaking Bangalore weather made me shiver.
Coming to the post, I am back to show you my nail polish swatches and today I am going to review Revlon Nail Polish in Gold Get Em. I bought this online in rush. It costs Rs 190 and you can buy at any Revlon counter. Read more to know if I liked it or not!

I am a huge fan of gold color and I picked it up without swatching it on my nails. It is a pale gold color with golden shimmers. It is less pigmented and you need at least 3 coats to get a good coverage. Even with 3 coats you do not get full coverage. The staying power is good though. It stays put on my nails for a good 3-4 days with a top coat on! I am not fond of pale shades and I feel this shade makes my hands look dull and dark!
PROS:
- Applies easily with no streakiness.
- Good staying power.
- Would work great as a top coat on dark nail polishes.
- Reasonably priced!
CONS:
- Poor pigmentation.
- The golden color is too pale.
Overall Thoughts:
Overall I am not happy with Revlon Gold Get 'Em Nail Polish. It is very pale and makes my hands and nails look dull. It is poorly pigmented and I really do not have patience to apply 3 coats. I would not recommend it to anyone!
