A Healthy Child definitely makes a Healthy Home

A Healthy Child definitely makes a Healthy Home

When I was a kid, I used to get 100% attendance certificate every year. I was the only kid in my class who used to attend school every day. My parents always made me eat healthy food and adopt healthy and active lifestyle.

It is rightly said healthy children are more likely to grow up to healthy adults. If your child’s immunity is low then he is more likely to fall ill frequently. If a child is ill then whole house seems to get ill. This truly applies to our home. Whenever I feel sad and low, my nephew Anay knows how to make me happy. Our home gets all sad and gloomy if we do not hear his cheerful laughter and sweet voice.

My nephew was an active and happy baby and our home was filled up with happiness and joy with his cheerful voice and playful tantrums. He definitely is an apple of my everyone’s eye. As he reached the age of 4, he started getting ill after every few months. Every one used to worry about him getting ill frequently especially catching cough and cold. Not only that he used to skip schools due to his poor health condition but his sad and quiet face scared the hell out of us. We took him to child specialist but the condition remains same. There was no improvement until my grandmother asked my mom and sister in law to make Anay adopt a healthy lifestyle. Anay used to eat all fatty and fast food and now we make him eat fruits and homemade food. My sister in law prepares tasty food for him by mixing all healthy and green vegetables. Now his condition has drastically improved and he is leading a happy and active life. It’s been 5 months since Anay adopted healthy lifestyle and I am so proud to say that he goes to school every day and even topped in class.

I used to eat Dabur Chyawanprash when I was a kid and I bought one bottle for Anay to increase his immunity. Dabur Chyawanprash, a time-tested, age-old formulation has a number of herbs like Amla, known to be one of the best antioxidants, Giloy (Guduchi), known to have immuno-modulatory properties, and more than 40 other natural ingredients. Dabur Chyawanprash increases Immunity by 3 times* & hence protects against illness.

It is truly said that a healthy child makes a healthy home. If he is happy, our home is filled with happiness. If he is sad, our home is all dull and gloomy. Keep child healthy and active by adopting a healthy lifestyle, giving him lots of love and of course a yummy dose of Dabur Chyawanprash every day.

Stay pretty!

  5. Wow, Megha. this post is inspirational even for someone like me. I was always a sickly child and needed special care. I feel emotional health is also a major factor to play in someone's overall health. I have never had Chyawanprash. maybe i should start having it. I, too, get worried when my almost 4 year old nephew takes ill. They are the apple of our eyes, aren't they :)
