MAC Cremesheen Lip Glass in Partial to Pink Review & Swatches
Whenever I go to shopping, I am always partial to the things that are in blue. Yes I am a blue addict. Okay but I cannot wear blue on my lips so I got this pretty shade “Partial to Pink” from MAC Cremesheen Lipglass range. If you are searching for a neutral pink for everyday wear then read on to know my views on it. Today I am going to discuss my experience with MAC Cremesheen Glass in Partial to Pink.

Price: 1500 INR

Net vol: 2.4ml

MAC says-
A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of Cremesheen Lipstick with the shine of M∙A∙C Lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky. Applies with a doe-foot applicator. Use as a top layer to its namesake Lipstick or on its own.

MBT says-
MAC Cremesheen Glass comes in a sturdy, sleek, long, cylindrical, clear plastic tube with a glossy black screw top lid. As soon as the lid is opened, you will see a soft doe foot applicator wand that picks up the right amount of gloss. The packaging is glamorous and sophisticated. It is quite light and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag without any fuss. The scent of the lip gloss is mild and is hardly noticeable when on lips. It does not have any weird taste unlike few other lip glosses.

The formula of the lip glass is soft and creamy. It does not have sticky or gloopy texture as most of lip glosses have. The applicator wand picks the right amount of product but I usually go for a bit sheer application so I wipe it once onto the mouth of the tube. The lip gloss glides smoothly onto my lips without smudging or bleeding. It applies easily around the edges of the lips too. The pigmentation is sheer. It can be worn alone for everyday lips or over a lipstick for a glossy and glamorous look. The lip glass gives a pretty glossy finish to my lips.

The staying power is pretty average according to the price. It stays put on my lips for only 2-3 hours with light meals in between. It vanishes away completely with full meals but I really don’t mind reapplying it as it happens with almost all lip glosses. It feels comfortable and light on my lips and is not heavy or sticky. My hair does get stuck to the lip glass when the breeze blows but it happens with almost all lip glosses. It is quite moisturizing and my lips do not feel dry and sore at the end of the day.

Partial to Pink is a lovely soft neutral milky baby pink color. MAC’s website describes it as “light, creamy, yellow pink with light gold pearl”. I really could not detect gold pearls in it. Partial to Pink looks pretty when paired with smokey look or when you want neutral lips. It is a great color for office or everyday wear. It brightens up my face and looks neat. It imparts a pretty glossy finish that I absolutely adore. It is quite sheer but I love wearing it on its own as I have lightly pigmented lips. If you have heavily pigmented lips then I would recommend wearing it on top of lipstick. It would look awesome on all skin tones.
