18 Amazing Uses of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

My mom used to use Vaseline Petroleum Jelly on my hands and legs when I was a kid. Due to its slippery and greasy texture, I started using body lotions and almost forgot about this petroleum jelly. Recently my dermatologist told me to use it on my body in winters as the medicines would absorb all the oil and make my skin all the more dry and sore in winters. I was like are you crazy how I would apply such greasy things on my body. My derma simply ignored my expressions and told my parents to hide all her body lotions and give her this petroleum jelly to apply. After using it for many months I got to know how amazing it is and how it can be used in various ways. Guys it has tonnes of uses. Today I am going to share with you the amazing uses of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly.

Uses of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly:

1. As a body lotion
My main aim of buying this petroleum jelly is to use it as a body lotion. After showering I apply it on slightly damp skin and it makes my skin very soft, smooth and moisturized. It keeps the drier and rough parts – elbows, knees and heels soft and moisturized. Never had I felt my skin so soft and hydrated in winters after using it. It does make skin greasy but gets absorbed after few minutes.
