Iraya Purifying Neem & Basil Scrubbing Shower Gel
If you are a regular reader of my blog, you would know how much I adore Iraya products. There is none of the products that disappointed me. Just like you scrub your face, you need to scrub away dead skin cells off of your body skin as well. I had been using Iraya Detoxifying Green Tea Shower Gel (Reviewed HERE) for a long time and I can already notice how soft and smooth my skin looks. If you have problematic body skin like acne on back, dull skin etc then you must try Iraya Purifying Neem & Basil Scrubbing Shower Gel*. It is priced at Rs 395 and you can buy online HERE OR HERE.

Swatch of Iraya Purifying Neem & Basil Scrubbing Shower Gel
Iraya Purifying Neem & Basil Scrubbing Shower Gel comes in a long clear plastic bottle with a silver press to open cap. You just need to press one side of the lid and a small hole is revealed from where the shower gel comes out. Since it is press to open cap, I think it might not be convenient to carry it while traveling but then it does not open on its own as well. The shower gel is light brown in color with flecks of neem and walnut shell powder. It has mixed scent of neem and basil which is nice and therapeutic.

The shower gel has gel like consistency and you only need to squeeze the bottle a little to let the product out. I need to squirt a small amount of shower gel on my hand to create a rich lather. The lather feels soft on the skin and the neem, basil and walnut shell powder exfoliate and massage my skin gently removing all the dead skin. The particles are mild and do not feel harsh on the skin. They give a good level of exfoliation. The shower gel gets rinsed away easily without leaving a greasy or sticky residue behind. My skin feels soft, smooth and thoroughly clean. It neither moisturizes my skin nor dries it out. I have normal body skin and I do not feel the immediate urge to moisturize my skin though I have the habit of applying body lotions anyway. My bathroom gets filled with the aroma of neem and basil but the scent does not linger with me and fades away as soon as the shower gel is rinsed off. The shower gel exfoliates my skin really well and makes it feel soft and polished. If you suffer from acne or pimples on your back or shoulders then you must try it out as it really helps in clearing out the skin.

The main ingredients in the shower gel are basil leaves, neem, lemon leaves and walnut shell powder that are great in keeping skin clean, healthy and polished.

PROS:
• Plesant scent.
• Gently exfoliates and massages the skin.
• Makes skin soft, smooth, clean and polished.

Overall Thoughts:
I totally loved Iraya Purifying Neem and Basil Scrubbing Shower Gel. It does the job of both shower gel and body scrub. My skin feels smooth, clean and healthy with regular usage. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who has problematic skin or wants to make skin clean and clear.

Rating: 4.8/5

My Tips:
•    Use the scrubbing shower gel twice a week.
•    Follow it up with a good body lotion to keep skin hydrated.
•    Gently massage the scrub in circular motion. Never be too hard or rough with scrubs.

Have you tried scrubbing shower gel?

Stay pretty!
