I absolutely loved Samer Khouzami Divine Matt Foundation. It is definitely one of the best foundations I have tried. Samer Khouzami makeup line is available on Sephora and their website. Though I don’t have prominent dark circles but I do need the concealer for my under eye area for a smooth, flawless finish.
