Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion Review

If you know me well, you would be aware that I use body lotions A LOT! My nody lotion gets over within 15 minutes and my hubby is like are you bathing with a body lotion :D This time I ordered Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion from Amazon and I must I am pretty happy with its results! It is great to use in summer when you do not want your skin to feel heavy!

Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion

Price- Rs 250 for 300ml BUY ONLINE

Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion comes in a white and pink sturdy plastic bottle with a flip top lid. The packaging is neat and simple. The body lotion is available in 2 different sizes- 100ml and 300ml. The lid shuts with a satisfying click and thus the bottle can be carried around in a handbag without any fear of leakage. The scent of the lotion is like pond's talcum powder. Though the scent is not overpowering but I wish they had infused a different fragrance. It is a white colored body lotion.

The texture of the body lotion is soft and smooth. It has fairly good consistency. It is neither too thick nor too runny. It is applied on the skin effortlessly.  It easily and quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving any residue behind. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturized. After applying the product I don’t feel the need to wash any remaining product from my hands. The body lotion is a bit light and I doubt if it would suit dry skin. I don’t feel the need to reapply the lotion throughout the day (I have normal body skin!) but if you have extremely dry skin I think you would need to reapply it at the end of the day. If you are stepping out in the sun, make sure you apply a sunscreen as this body lotion does not have sun protection.

Swatch of Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion
The lotion is extremely mild and gentle and is suitable for daily use. It does not cause any adverse effects to my skin. It is not effective for softening extremely hardened skin on the undersides of the feet. For that purpose you may try Nivea Nourishing Body Milk. These days I am using B-Urban Fairness Cream for my feet and I am so loving it! It instantly relaxes my tired feet!

PROS:
- Travel friendly packaging.
- Soft and smooth texture.
- The consistency is good.
- Gets absorbed quickly.
- Lightweight.
- Triple vitamin formula that makes skin soft and moisturizing.
- Decently priced!
- Easily available!

CONS:
- Powder-y fragrance!
- Might not work on dry skin!

Overall Thoughts:
Overall, I find Pond's Triple Vitamin Moisturising Body Lotion just a normal body lotion that does its job of moisturizing your skin! It does not feel heavy in this summer and gets absorbed quickly especially when you have less time!

My Tips:
- Apply it right after shower to get utmost results!
- Keep it upside down when it reaches the bottom!
- Use it as a hand cream during bedtime for soft and beautiful hands!
