Mudpot Natural Mud Mask comes packaged in a white plantable box embedded with wildflower seeds. I have recently planted this box in a pot and I am so waiting for it to grow. The actual product comes in a recyclable clear glass jar with a black screw top lid. There is also an inner lid that protects the mask from drying. Though the packaging is slightly heavy but it can be easily carried around in a bag while traveling with no mess.

The face mask is green in color with absolutely no fragrance. I hate face packs with strong scent and no fragrance gives me a signal that it is indeed pure and natural. The texture of the face pack is soft and smooth with creamy consistency. It is a ready to use mask and can be used directly from the jar. It is easy to apply and totally mess free. It spreads easily across my slightly damp skin without tugging. I always make sure to wash my face with a face wash prior face pack to remove all dirt and grime off my face. I apply a thin layer of face pack on my face and neck and then let it sit on my skin for about 10-15 minutes. It does not give a tingling sensation that I really like. It does not harden but tightens the skin after few minutes and I keep spraying Avene Thermal Spring Water to make it moist. It is easy to remove and gets washed off easily with water or washcloth and does not leave any residue behind.

My skin instantly feels soft, smooth, clean and rejuvenated. The face pack gives a healthy glow to my skin with regular usage. It is a deep cleansing mask and purifies the skin effectively. It contains 100% natural mineral rich illite clay that nourishes and soothes the skin and maintains the pH balance. Though it great for all skin types but it is perfect for people with oily, combination and acne prone skin. It does not dry out the skin and I do not feel the immediate urge to moisturize my skin. I have not faced any breakouts since the time I am using it so I would highly recommend it to people with pimple and acne prone skin. The face mask keeps skin clean and refreshed and has no preservatives or additives.
